Q: How do I check the delivery timelines before I place the order?
Ans: You can check the delivery timelines at product page.

Q: How can I track the delivery of my order?
Ans: Furniture products will be shipped via our own Logistics or 3rd party Logistics team within 3-4 days. After shipping, the product will be delivered in 6-9 days depending on the distance from the dispatch location. In case of 3rd Party Logistics, you can track your shipment through AWB number. In case of our own logistics, one day prior a delivery confirmation call will be undertaken by our executive.

Q: When will Assembly happen?
Ans: If your product required assembly by technician, it will be undertaken within 48-72 hours after delivery.

Q: Are there any shipping/delivery charges?
Ans: We offer FREE SHIPPING for our furniture range.

DELIVERY

Q: Is my location serviceable?
Ans: We serve 30,000+ pin codes in India, if your pin code is not serviceable, you won't be able to place an order. In such case you can contact us we can still check on case to case basis, if delivery can be provided on your pin code by any other third party logistics.

Q: Will I receive my entire product order the same day in case of multiple products/ quantities ordered?
Ans: In case you book multiple products in a single order, we will endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to the nature of product and/or the mode of delivery.

Q: What if I am not at home when you arrive?
Ans: Our logistic partner will share a confirmation call one day before delivery.  In case of non –availability three attempts will be made to deliver, After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to origin.

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Ans: Post placing the order, you can change the delivery address if the product is not shipped subject to the new delivery address is in the same city.

Q: Do you deliver to multiple address?
Ans: We only deliver to the address specified in the order. In case of delivery to multiple addresses, you have to place multiple different orders for each address.

Q: Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
Ans: Whoever is accepting the delivery on your behalf needs to have a valid ID Proof.
